Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not do Product Returns. We however do Product Exchanges.If you would like to exchange a product purchased at Moksham Jewelry with another product listed on www.mokshamlive.com, please drop an email to lovemoksham@gmail.com.

In your e-mail, please mention the following:

  1. Reason for Exchange.
  2. Product you will want to exchange with.

Please note that you can exchange a product with any other product(s) of the same or higher price.

Differences in price will be adjusted by raising a new invoice to you. Shipping will be added to the price difference.

Once we receive your email for product exchange, we will be sending you the new invoice along with address for return. Please courier the product you want to exchange with the original packaging and tags to the specified return and exchange address.

 

Please note that all exchanges must be done within 15 days of the date of purchase.

 

We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.

Products sold on sale and custom designs cannot be returned or exchanged. So choose wisely!

DAMAGED ITEMS/ BREAKAGE

If you have accidently received a damaged product, then please notify us via email at lovemoksham@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We also request that you please send us a picture of the damaged product so we may assess the situation. We will exchange your product for you at no extra cost (We will ship it for free too!).
